Shelia O’Nan received her Bachelor of Music Education, Master of Music Education, and Rank I in Administration from the University of Kentucky. She taught band and general music in the Fayette County schools in Lexington, Kentucky for 27 years. Since retiring from full time teaching, Shelia has taught elementary band part time for Fayette Co. and has assisted other bands with instrumental instruction. She frequently serves as an adjudicator for solo, ensemble, and band assessment events as well as guest conductor for regional honor bands. Shelia currently works as a customer service specialist for Hurst Music in Lexington. She plays the bassoon with the Immanuel Baptist Church Orchestra and the Madison Community Band in Richmond, Ky. As a member of the Lexington Brass Band, Shelia sets her bassoon aside and serves as an auxiliary percussionist. In her “spare time,” she enjoys golfing, fishing and traveling.

Donnie Estill has studied percussion under the tutelage of David Davenport at the University of Kentucky. He has performed with the Lexington Philharmonic and the Owensboro Symphony. He currently performs with the Capital City Community Band of Frankfort, Kentucky and with the Saxton’s Cornet Band. Donnie currently resides in Frankfort and is employed in the information systems industry as a consultant.
